Mexican container terminal in the morning: gantry cranes over stacked containers and a terminal truck crossing in motion

Foreign-trade document control.

Structured reading, verification and traceability for shipment documentation. Pedimentos, BLs, certificates and notices go in as PDFs and come back as verified data. The document comes in whichever way suits your operation — the API, the interface, email or a batch — and lands in the same file, with an auditable trail.

01The documents it reads

From the pedimento to the air waybill.

Seven document types. Each one is identified first and read second. The reading is structured — fields, line items and totals, not a block of text. What has a verification pack is, on top of that, validated.

Pedimento

Five passes

The full customs declaration, read in five passes. Every code is validated against the Annex 22 catalogs and totals are squared against the line items, with flags.

Master Bill of Lading

The carrier's contract of carriage. Parties, ports, containers, seals and cargo, as structured data.

House Bill of Lading

The BL the consolidator issues in your name. The same structured reading as the master.

Coloader BL

The middle link between consolidators — the one that usually stays out of the file. Read with the same structure.

Mill certificate

The steel certificate: heat number, chemical composition and mechanical properties, field by field.

Arrival notice

Arrival dates, terminal and announced charges from the carrier, as structured data.

Air waybill

The AWB: parties, airports, weights and charges, line by line.

02The API

The integration is the product.

Your system sends the document and receives verified data. Five endpoints cover the whole operation, one document at a time or in batches.

POST
/api/v1/comex/documentos

One document per request. Returns the structured extraction with its verification and flags.

POST
/api/v1/comex/lotes

Batch upload: the day's volume in a single request.

GET
/api/v1/comex/lotes/{id}

The batch status and each document's result.

POST
/api/v1/comex/clasificar

Identifies the document type without a full read. Costs a fraction of a read.

GET
/api/v1/comex/saldo

The account's credit balance, to monitor consumption.

Bearer authentication with an API key per account. JSON responses, traceable to the source document.

03The model

A monthly fee plus documents read.

01

Two components

A monthly fee with a document quota included, plus a cost per additional document. Not everything consumes alike: the pedimento, given its length, consumes more than a BL. Amounts arrive in the proposal, sized to your volume.

02

Identifying costs less than reading

Splitting the flow by document type costs a fraction of a full read. Identify first; read only what matters.

03

The unreadable consumes nothing

A document that could not be read consumes no credits. You do not pay for failed attempts.

04Verification, not transcription

Reading it is not the same as checking it.

01

Totals against line items

Totals are squared against the line items. When they do not close, the result ships with flags — not in silence.

02

The tariff code, against the schedule as of the date

As of the pedimento's date, the declared tariff code is resolved against the general rate, preferential rates by origin, and antidumping duties. That is 8,183 live tariff codes, 176,323 preferential rate lines across 25 trade agreements, and 1,223 antidumping duties. All of it checked line by line against a second official source. And when the source does not reach that date, the result says so. It does not guess.

03

The discrepancy, with its citation

Each discrepancy is reported with its citation: the field, the value and the source it was compared against — the catalog, the decree, the rule. Never “your tariff code is wrong” — the difference is shown and the call is yours.

04

Transcribed, unverified

Whatever has no verification pack yet is delivered marked “transcribed, unverified”; whatever could not be verified, with the reason: the supporting document is missing, or the source does not cover that date. You always know what was validated and what was not.
