ıVigíaLegal
P.PRPricing

Modular. Scales with your operation.

Vigía Legal is built from modules — REPSE core, site access, tax cross-checks, ERP — and scales with your vendor base and the workers you control at the gate. We don't publish a single price because your case is unique. The calculator gives you an estimate in 10 seconds; the tailored proposal arrives in 48 hours.

01How it's built

The core is the base. Modules add on.

You don't pay for what you don't use. The REPSE core is always there; site access, tax analytics and ERP connect according to your operation. Each industry ships with its preset.

M.01The base

REPSE core

Live vendor file, AI ingest, validation against SAT/IMSS/INFONAVIT/STPS, alerts before expiry and payment block in your AP. It's the foundation — always included.

M.02New

Site access

QR per worker, green/red at the gate, anti-impersonation photo, access log and offline mode for remote sites. Scales with the number of workers in your access roster — scans are unlimited.

M.03Add-on

Tax Analytics

Deep tax cross-checks: filing-to-bank-payment reconciliation (IMSS/INFONAVIT, withheld ISR, ISN across all 32 states), declared vs real SDI, tri-source opinion. The module that catches the most expensive finding before the authority does.

M.04Add-on

Coupa & ERP

Bidirectional connectors with Coupa, Ariba, Oracle, S/4HANA. A vendor without valid REPSE gets no purchase order and no payment.

02Pricing drivers

Four variables set your proposal.

01

Vendor base

Every vendor requires a live file, continuous expiry monitoring and chain of custody. The vendor base is the first driver.

02

Workers in access

If you turn on Site access, it scales with the number of workers in your access roster — not per scan. Scans are unlimited; we don't charge per person who enters.

03

Modules turned on

REPSE core is always there. Tax Analytics, Coupa & ERP and Site access add on per your operation. Each industry has a ready-made preset.

04

Retroactive audit

Reconstructing historical compliance (2021→today) is a high-value point workload. Contracted per vendor × period reconstructed, separate from the subscription.

05Pricing FAQ

What buyers ask before the proposal.

01

Why don't you publish prices?

Each client's scope varies enormously: vendor base, sites to control, modules, audit volume. A single number confuses and doesn't capture your case. That's why the calculator gives you an estimate in 10 seconds and the proposal arrives tailored — always within 48 business hours.

02

How is Site access billed?

By worker band in your access roster, with unlimited scans — we don't charge per person who enters or per event. That removes the surprise in peak months (a workover, a construction season). The exact number comes from the calculator and is confirmed in the proposal.

03

Is there a preset for my industry?

Yes. Each vertical (oil & gas, construction, manufacturing, pharma, food) ships with a ready-made configuration of required documents and access requirements. Check your industry in the Industries section; the preset applies at onboarding and you tune it afterward.

04

What does an AI validation cover?

Each document entering the system (PDF, JPG, XML, DOCX) goes through: classification against the REPSE types + extraction of key fields (folio, RFC, expiry, authority) + cross-check against the official source when applicable. One validation = one document processed end-to-end.

05

Are there implementation fees?

It depends on scope: number of sites to configure, integrations and the initial roster migration. In larger plans it's usually bundled into Year 1. The detail arrives in the proposal — no surprises.

06

Do you accept multi-year contracts?

Yes, and they unlock a discount on the annual value; upfront payment adds a further benefit. The exact percentages are detailed in the proposal per your scope.
