ISNetworld prequalifies contractors. Vigía Legal informs Accounts Payable in Mexico.
ISN describes ISNetworld as a contractor and supplier management platform: collecting, reviewing and monitoring health, safety, sustainability and procurement information. It is a mature prequalification model. In Mexico, when the material risk is the invoice and the REPSE file, Vigía Legal brings scheduled queries to the public STPS registry and leaves payment hold as an option that is off by default.

Per the ISNetworld site, the platform supports prequalification and ongoing monitoring: contractors submit information; the RAVS team reviews it against regulatory and Hiring Client requirements; Hiring Clients search contractors and suppliers in the platform's published network.
Official FAQs state that contractors and suppliers pay an annual subscription and a per-country setup fee, and that Hiring Clients pay an annual subscription per region. We do not quote amounts here: the pricing page can change; the verifiable fact is the two-sided fee model.
Prequalification and monitoring
ISNetworld publishes strength in document collection and verification for Hiring Clients. That alone does not replace matching a CFDI to the REPSE file for the period in Accounts Payable.
STPS registry, scheduled queries
Vigía Legal refreshes REPSE validity with scheduled queries to the public registry. It is not an official STPS API and not a real-time query.
Payment hold
In Vigía Legal it is optional and off by default. It reduces the risk of paying without seeing the file; it does not guarantee or eliminate joint-and-several liability.
